Francesco Maggiore (Bari, 1977) engineer, graduated at Politecnico di Bari; PhD in “Architecture and Urban Phenomenology” at Università degli Studi della Basilicata, were he is now professor of History of the Landscape. He teaches also History of contemporary architecture at Università degli Studi della Repubblica di San Marino.

Since 2015 he is President of Fondazione Gianfranco Dioguardi, with which he collaborates since 2010 curating cultural, editorial and scientific research initiatives; since 2016 he is artistic director of the program “Cantiere Evento”.

Since 2000 he is responsible fot the “Fondo Francesco Moschini” since 2000 and a member of the Managing Board of “A.A.M. Architettura Arte Moderna” since 2005.

He is author of books, catalogues, articles and essays mainly dedicated to the relationships between art, architecture, photography and city planning. From 2013 to 2017 he was a member of the Domus magazine’s Study Center.

In 2011 he was nominated Creative Director of Kiasmo.
